Questions Regarding Motivation for Adopting and Intentions
Who is this dog for?	Myself. He or she would be joining me and my two roommates in our Chicago apartment for the year before I move into my own place, and would be cared for by mainly myself.
Why do you want a Pembroke?	My parents have a corgi mix that we got while I was still living at home with them. Corgis have the quirkiest personalities and are such smart, loving breeds. I love how playful they are. My aunt and uncle also own two pure-bred corgis and I absolutely love visiting them. We are a corgi-loving family! Since I work for a Pet Club (mainly doing sales), I have been down to our daycare facility and have loved how friendly and outgoing the corgis in daycare were as well.
Activities planned with Pembroke:	Two walks a day at least for my Pembroke. They are curious pups and need to be stimulated in my experience. My parent's corgi absolutely loves playing with toys. I would send him to daycare at PUPS as well if he was socialized and seemed to like interacting with the other dogs.
