Are you willing to work on it if your new dog doesn’t get along with your current pets right away?
They only dog my adopted dog would have to share a house with is my family dog during holidays. He is a Redtick Coonhound named Vincent. We rescued him from a shelter three years ago, he is about 4-5 the place we got him from wasn't exactly sure. He is very sweet, he has never had a problem with another dog, he is playful but also very calm. He is neutered, and on heartworm medication, they actually found that he had heartworms right after we got him and we had to get them treated, he is fine now. My fmaily has always done whatever we need to do to take care of our dogs and I would do the same. I would be willing to resolve any issues that would arise between the two but I do not see any happening.
