Why do you want a Pembroke?
I have always wanted a corgi, I love their size, how intelligent and loyal they are. I have worked at a humane society and fell in love with their behavior and how caring dogs they are. I have done lots of research on the breed and am very willing and able to help with any health issue the dog might come with or try to keep the dog off of the overweight side.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
Go on morning/night walks. Bring him/her to the beach, hikes, dog parks. Bring the dog on several camping trips and exploring.

Vet contact info:

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
If the dog made a mistake and for example chews up my shoes I would show them the shoe and tell them that it is bad and move my shoes to avoid this happening. I wouldn't use force to punish the dog because I don't believe in hitting animals to get them to comply.

Discipline:
I would talk strict if something happened which was bad. I would take away favorite toys if need be. If something was bad I would put the dog in a kennel to show he/she did something bad.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
Either inside the house while I'm home, in a kennel if I'm gone for awhile, otherwise spending time outside with me if weather permits.
