Why do you want a Pembroke?
They have quite the personalities which I love, they herd which I've owned a cattle dog so I'm aware the attention a herding bred needs, I own my own house and 3 acres my parents have a 5 acres of field next to me so lots of room for exercise. I love the appearance of corgis along with their intelligence.

Activities planned with Pembroke:

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
Interrupt the behavior with a loud noise, or a uh uh is the most common that I use. They may spend a little time in a kennel for certain things my rat terrier likes to get into the garbage so she spends a little time in a crate and usually is good for a little while after.

Discipline:
Crate time, swat on the butt, with my girls I just have to look at them a certain way and they know they've done wrong.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
Free roam of the house. Depends on the day I have a 4 on 4 off schedule so on my 4 off I'm usually outside.
