Why do you want a Pembroke?
I love the curious, herding nature of these dogs. Their bright, energetic disposition and their general need for a lot of attention/affection is also great.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
My dog and I would do quite a bit of walking or light hiking. Dog parks are not pit of the question, depending on the dog's personality.
At home, I'm looking for the snuggle-bug who likes hanging out on my sofa with me.

Yard had a small fence from the main road, however, nothing substantial enough to restrict the dog. I'd walk them outside using a harness and leash at all times.
