My household

Why do you want a Pembroke?

Activities planned with Pembroke:
My son would really like to throw the ball for a dog, I need a walking and snuggling buddy, my husband wants a dog to play in the yard with, and my daughter would like a dog to read to.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
stay calm, give a stern no, and redirect it to the correct behavior.

Discipline:
positive reinforcement.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
While we're at work/school the days would be spent in a kennel or crate, until the dog is able to be trusted and then hanging out in the house. Following work/school the dog would be taken out for a walk and then played with by the kids and my husband and myself.
