Who is this dog for?

Me!

Why do you want a Pembroke?
For starters they’re adorable. My dog Zeus (beagle) passed away in November from cancer after 11 years. He was always fascinated with them. I started asking questions to my various neighbors who own them and just felt they’d be a really neat dog to have. I like that they are large enough to be hearty (not too fragile), but small enough to be easily accepted in apartments, travel, etc. From what I’ve read about the breed, we also seem to have a similar temperament.
