Who is this dog for?

For my wife and me.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
We have always loved corgi. Multiple members of family and friends have/had a Corgi and we loved how playful they were. We enjoy that it's not a big dog but at the same time not a "purse" dog either. We have done research on the breed and understand what will go into taking care of it and providing a good home.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
We like to walk around the neighborhood and go to the lake. Hiking and weekend trips are numerous for us. Walking around downtown and going to breweries is something we enjoy. We visit friends and family who would enjoy playing with the dog as well.
