Who is this dog for?

 This Pembroke is for myself.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I want to adopt a Pembroke Welsh Corgi because I previously rescued a corgi and she was the best dog I had ever owned. Their spirits and spunk are like none other. I have done research on corgis in general and have really learned a lot about them and I know that this dog is the breed for me.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 We would go to dog parks, camping, walks, runs, lots of yard play and even hikes that aren’t crazy intense.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		I would scold them, but not in a harsh way and afterwards they would be reminded that they are loved and that we’ll work on things.

Discipline:
 I use the kennel as a form of discipline, but the kennel is also learned to be a safe and private space for them. There would be scolding, but it’s nonviolent and not harsh.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
 They would spend most of their time either indoors or outdoors with me.

 They would eat upstairs in the kitchen with my other dog.

 The corgi would sleep in my room with me until they are comfortable enough with sleeping where ever they’d like in the house.

Play & exercise:
 My corgi will have as much play and exercise time as they’d like. I have a large yard and many parks near by. We are an active family so there will be no shortage of exercise or play time. We also have an abundance of dog toys.
