Who is this dog for?

 James is graduating from college and is looking to get a small dog to keep him company! I think a corgi would be a perfect fit for him and his lifestyle. I want it to be a graduation gift and a rescue instead of from a breeder.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 It is one of his favorite breeds, for their personality, and looks. No previous experiences other than owners on the street. every meeting with the dogs is a pleasant one. Research has gone into diet, proper exercise amount, health concerns, and personality traits.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 He will be living in the city with many dog parks and places to walk. In Milwaukee there are many lake front dog friendly area that don't require leashes.
