Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I have had several corgis and love the breed. They act like a big dog in a smaller body. They are funny and can go on a hike with you one day and lay on the couch the next. I love if they get dirty outside you can throw them in the kitchen sink to rinse off their feet. They are easy travelers in the car, low maintenance as far as grooming (minus shedding!). They are great company, fun to be around and often are very vocal!

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Daily walks, play at my parents farm, during the summer my dogs go out on my boat and paddle board with me. They go most places I go but we also love to play w toys at home in the living room.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		All dogs make mistakes. If they are caught in the act it is much easier to correct. I would tell them a firm no and reinforce a positive behavior.

Discipline:
 Kennel training if needed or just keep the dog on a leash tied to me to prevent issues from arising. Then gradually give them more and more freedom.

 I work normal business hours but have a dog walker come everyday at 11am to let my older corgi out. I also occasionally take call in the medical field but my dog walker and his wife are always on hand if I get called in.

Play & exercise:
 We play and go for a walk every day when I get home from work. My dog walker also takes my corgi for daily walks. There are many parks in my area w large grassy areas that we attempt to play soccer in. My parents also live on 50 acres that all the dogs like to run around on.
