Who is this dog for?

Our family. We have a ten year old Cockapoo, Arthur. Two boys, Avery, 13 and Benjamin, 4. Ultimately our corgi is for myself, I love my Arthur but now that we know the boys are not allergic to dogs we really want to add a corgi to our family!

Why do you want a Pembroke?
I love these gorgeous dogs and their fluffy butts! My Arthur loves his Mama and we are looking for a companion for him that will fit our family. My research shows corgis are similar in temperament and I feel we are a great family for a second dog as my husband and I both work from home.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
Walk, vacation, boating (with a lifejacket), traveling to northern mi to our cottage. Our current dog is never boarded, he goes everywhere with us. If he cannot travel with us he goes to his Grandparents where he has “aunts”, golden retriever at the in laws and a rescue chihuahua and rescue terrier at my parent.
