 Our family of 4, with 2 girls ages 11 and 15.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I know someone who loves them and owns several. I researched to learn how smart and lovable they are; a perfect family dog to train and go on walks with.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 We would go on walks and play in our yard or house. We usually drop the girls off at activities so the dog would be a good companion for going on rides. We like to take road trips and look forward to bringing the corgi with. I work from a lot and it would keep me company.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		I am big on training and instruction so we will first go to do training sessions so I am prepared for how to make corrections.

Discipline:
 With our cocker spaniel we sometimes used a little box with coins and shake it when he would destroy things (he was very destructive). I also watched years of the Dog Whisperer and would use a leash and very light pulls with a vocal "ch" sound which worked for keeping the dog from pulling on walks.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
 In our family room probably.
