Who is this dog for?

 This Pembroke would be cared for by both Noah and Melanie. We are passionate about the breed and feel our lifestyles would be very accommodating.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We love the personality of larger dogs, but living in an apartment it is important that we do not get a dog too large! Close friends of ours have Pembroke's and that is what really introduced us into their loving personalities. The two of us live very complimentary lives to the needs of a Pembroke as well, as we both are often home and enjoy spending time outside. We also have a backyard as well to ensure there is time to spend running outside!

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 We would like to go on walks, and jogs. Also, Melanie's sisters pug lives down the street so it would be great for them to play together. Dog parks are nearby as well to get more socialization in. On rainier days, and late nights we look forward to snuggles and learning new tricks inside!

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		I would show disappointment by pointing and firmly saying "No, that is not ok." If it was a repeated issue I would definitely reach out to the teacher of the pet classes we would plan on taking.

 We are both very playful and would like to teach games in the apartment. Melanie's sister has a pug who lives down the street who would love a new friend. There are local dog parks we would like to attend after first assessing that all the dogs there seem friendly. Noah is a avid runner who could use a companion on the routes and Melanie and Noah both enjoy walks so the Pembroke would join in on those too!
