Who is this dog for?

 It is for my 14 yr old neice.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 This dog would be for my 14 yr old niece. She has however had a dog but has been asking for a Corgi s8nce she was 6. We have tried to get her another dog but she only wants a Corgi. She loves the way they look and thinks thier short legs are so cute.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 She would love to take her 9n walks and runs or play in the yard. She wants to teach her to do tricks and just have her to love.

 We have a fenced in yard in front and in back. It is a rod iron fence. No pools or hot tubs. Just grammar plants flower and vegetables, but they are fenced off so the dog can't get to them.
