Who is this dog for?

For myself, I do have a 7 year old daughter and a husband who would enjoy the dogs company as well, but I would provide the dogs care.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
I have always wanted a Corgi. I have done research on different dog breeds since I was a kid. Growing up my mom was very into Llaso's. I personally wanted a Corgi or a Bishion Frise. I liked them because they are cute, even tempered and smart. they want to please their humans thus they are easy to train. They are small, thus they are convenient to take everywhere with you. I like the idea of a smart dog that will want to stick close to me/my daughter.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
I would walk her on a leash. Throw a ball for her. I would rub her. Teach her to sit, shake hands, to stay and more. Depending on her interests we would figure out tricks to fit who she is, I would buy her lots of toys, and she would go places with us in the car whenever possible.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
Depends on the mistake. More than likely I would change what I am doing to try and avoid the situation in the future. ex. if the Pembroke peed on the floor I would increase outdoor opportunities, watch to see if I am missing cues of having to go.

Discipline:
I mostly try to trouble shoot ahead of time to avoid problems. I praise good behavior.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
Where ever I am, My room, living room, kitchen.
