Questions Regarding Motivation for Adopting and Intentions
Who is this dog for? |
For ourselves and family
Why do you want a Pembroke? |
We had a male Pembroke for 12 years named Myles. At the same time we had a female Beagle that was a few years younger. Both have now passed away and we would love to have another Corgi to take care of. Corgis always seem to be happy and ready to go. We are both a few years from retirement and still active outdoors and in the neighborhood. We like to hike, bike, garden, and have family over. My wife is Irish and her English cousin had Corgis as they were growing up, so when we got married she decided it was time to get a Corgi! I love the commotion when someone comes to the door and everyone starts barking and looking out the windows! |
||||||
Activities planned with Pembroke: |
Take him (her) for long walks, play tag in the yard, teach new tricks, snuggle on the couch, give tons of love. Myles, our corgi, was such a devoted dog. He was gentle and loving and had such a peaceful presence while also loving to play. We would love to share our home with another.
