Who is this dog for?

 This would be for myself. Previously had a rescue corgi several years ago

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I once took in a rescue corgi several years ago and thats when I learned about this breed of dog. It got along great with my lab mix and became very attached. I do not want a dog that needs to be on a leash . I love how they can become attached to the owner and get along with other people. I have done more research on these dogs and know what to expect. I am financially secure to a dog expense would not be a Burdon

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 We travel a little in the winter so this size is great for that but I would not want anything larger. We live on a lake and my last corgi loved the water and pontoon rides. They can be active and we have plenty of room for that. I'm one that like to take my dog where ever I go so they are not left alone for any length of time.

 Having a dog will give us both an opportunity to exercise together something I need.
The last corgi I had required play time something I enjoy. To me. the more exercise and play time the better. we have ample room for that along with swimming. the last corgi I had loved the water.
