We are looking for an emotional support animal for him and feel that a dog would fill the roll best as cats are too elusive. We have always been interested in adding a Corgi to our family. We currently have a 13-yr-old Lab and a 2-yr-old cat. Our house is large and we have a large fenced in yard.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 They're just darn cute! We have friends with Corgis and they are always telling us great things about them. We haven't done a lot of research but we are willing to work with issues and spend the time at local training centers.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Walks/runs. Possibly take to work. Veg while playing video games. Visit friends with other dogs.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		Depends on the mistake. If it is being aggressive around visitors, we would need to crate the dog. If it a potty-training issue we would work on signals (bell at door or bark to notify) so the mistake would not happen again. If it is eating shoes and furniture, well, the shoes can be put up so they wouldn't reach them. The furniture would be treated with an animal safe deterrent spray.
