 My best friend had a corgi growing up (I practically lived with her) and I remember Bear being the sweetest, most easy going dogs. Corgis are absolutely precious to me!

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 It was a miracle I went to KMart 14 yrs ago not even planning to go there. I had exactly $300.00 on me (never happens). Emma was in a crate rescued from Kentucky left tied in a barn- no food/water!!! & would be moved the next day. As I walked down the aisle our eyes locked & she was $300.00 meant to be. For 14 yrs she was my soul mate. Precious, loving overwhelming, & with all honesty maybe barked 4-5 times her entire life. I have had a few dogs in my life all exceptional but none came close to the unconditional love that flowed from her heart & soul❤️

 Activities would depend on age and enjoyment of the Corgi. long walks would be ideal but not necessary.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		I would tell the Corgi ‘no worries’ but keep an eye open for any health issues. I’m a very loving & patient parent and would never ever have any animal afraid or hesitant about me. I have always seen that they had great healthcare and plenty of love, treats, toys?

Because I’m home 99% of the time, I would use consistent repeat actions as I’d like someone to teach me. One needs to know What or Why they’re doing so as not to repeat unknowingly and just calling the pet’s name louder & louder because they’re too lazy and inpatient. How do you know “NO, YES, Buddy” mean different things.

 Chad grew up with a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Chipper. He really appreciated Chipper's easy-going personality and playful demeanor.
Josef has always been a fan of the breed. He's interested in their big personalities in small bodies and liveliness.

 We would love to go for long walks and enjoy the Midwest summers at the parks in Chicago with our Pembroke. Josef's job allows a great deal of time off, so he is most excited about having an activity buddy.

 We both think this is the perfect dog for us. Size of Pembroke Welsh Corgi's is perfect for us. The fact that they are herding dogs is great. From what we have read and the times we have interacted with Corgi's, they seem like the perfect dog for our life style and stage in life.

 We would take our Pembroke on lots of walk. We go on morning and evening walks without even having a dog. We also hike a lot. We're about five blocks away from a lake – we would go there a lot. We would also hang out at home. He/she would travel with us (car trips). My mom lives in Milwaukee and Zach's parents are in Baltimore. We go to one of their houses once every four months.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We have had two Corgies in the past. We got our first (tri colored male)as a rescue and the the second(a sable and white female) cause we fell in love with their personalities. I felt they could talk with their expressions on their face.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 It would be an indoor pet. We enjoy going to the county park and walking with them. I also would have the dog keep me company on my morning walk with me.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I do love the breed. A good friend has had corgis for years and they are delightful to be around. The smaller size is important to me given my age (68). My two previous dogs were large but looking for something smaller now.
