Why do you want a Pembroke?
 One of the things I admire most about Corgis is how intelligent they are. I am looking for a dog who would love to train and learn new tasks. Every Corgi I have met has a big personality – I myself have a big personality, and I am looking for a fur best friend who can match mine. I have recently done a lot of research on the breed and admire its rich history and admirable qualities in terms of intellect and kindness.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 I love to go for walks, and would take my Pembroke for at least one long walk every day. We would sunbathe together, play fetch and chase each other, have long conversations about how much we love treats and, when the day is done, curl up next to each other on the couch and watch a movie.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		If the Pembroke made a mistake, I would remove its attention from the bad behavior and redirect that attention to something positive. I believe that patience is very important in disciplining mistakes.

 I believe in positive reinforcement as a way of discipline. I plan to be very patient and consistent with my Pembroke, rewarding good behavior as a way to train and discipline the dog.

 They are beautiful dogs and I think it would be fun to own one. My parents had a corgi mix and a good friend had 2 corgis. I have done some research on the breed and feel we would be a great fit for a corgi.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 Pembroke Welsh Corgis are my dream breed. When I was younger, my father got a corgi for my younger brother and I. He was an amazing dog! He was playful and loved to run around with us, he was also happy to sit on the couch with us while we watched tv. He was loyal and sweet. Ever since him, I've always wanted another corgi.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 We would go for long walks every morning, afternoon and evening. We would go to the dog park, go to the lake, play together at home! Spend time with my awesome neighbors and their dogs!

 Me and my ancient 16 year old corgi Einstein. His 15 year old sister just passed away and we both miss her so much. A new corgi friend would be so welcome here!

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I’ve had two corgis for 16 and 15 years. My beautiful perfect girl went into kidney failure and left us very quickly. I love the breed. I love their intelligence and independent attitudes. I love the herding instinct. I love their short legs and big heads. I love everything about them.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 Love their high energy and playfulness but adore their intelligence and adaptability. easy to train and handle while able to keep up with active lifestyles. Their hyper hearing superpower with their vocalness gets a bit annoying after 10 pm but working on that with mine right now. Down to barking just once. Positive feedback training works well. Very sociable with other humans and dogs makes it an easy companion to cuddle with and also take outside.

 Currently go on long 45 min walks twice a day. Too young to go running together, I outrun her too. But weekly doggy dates and trips to parks and lakes.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We recently lost our corgi-mix named Beans. He was part of the family and we are inomplete without him. We loved his outgoing nature and loyalty. He was always ready to go on walks with the kids, and delivered the best couch snuggles. Corgis are the perfect mix of high-energy and affection.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Long walks around the corn field and sneaky treats before bedtime. This little friend would go on family trips with us and share all the couch space (we don't keep pets off the furniture!).
