Why do you want a Pembroke?
I would love to adopt a corgi ! I have done research on the breed, I have also talk to many corgi owners around vancouver. I love their fun nature and their patience around kids and people. From my observations and discussions they are very social and smart. I'm looking for a breed that does well in a condo but balanced with dog parks, walks etc. I live an active lifestyle but also like to spend time on the couch lol I feel a corgi would fit in with my lifestyle and living conditions !

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
I would love to take obedience classes with my dog. That way I can find out what their personality is like and how they respond and react to treats, discipline etc. I would be patient yet firm if the dog did something wrong.

Discipline:
Corrections if I see or witness something right away. Make the dog sit and use a firm but calm correction

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
I live in a condo in downtown vancouver. There are tons of parks nearby and plenty of outdoor space. My dog would be at home with me, out with me and my friends, at my family house as they have big backyards
