Who is this dog for?

We are looking for a Pembroke for our family. We have two college kids, Alvin and Jessica. Alvin really loves Pembroke, so are we. Jessica know more about dogs, she is the most knowledgeable among our families. She just graduated from college this summer and works as a software engineer in SF. Alvin is a Berkeley student.

So, we would love to have a dog at home, and we will bring him/her to our kids during weekend.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
We love Pembroke Welsh Corgi because we all think they are cute, and affectionate with people. Alvin especially loves them. We think a Pembroke is a good size dog for our family, because we don't want to have a dog that's either too big or too small.

Now that we are empty nested, but fortunately kids are around bay area, we would like to have a Pembroke as our new family member, and we can hang out together with him/her over the weekend.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
There is a park in walking distance from our house, and we usually see quite a lot of dogs there. There is also a dog park about 5-10 mins drive from home.
