Who is this dog for?

This Pemboke is for me

Why do you want a Pembroke?
Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted a Pemboke. I’ve always bonded well with Pembokes because they are a very energetic, active, and lovable breed. I have a big loves for dogs but Pemboke Corgis always have a special place in my heart. I even have a Corgi button-up shirt that I love to wear! Doing extensive research on Corgis along with interacting well with any Corgi I come in contact with has solidified in my mind that a Corgi is the perfect fit for me.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
Because I live in a well-populated area, I would take my Pemboke to any of the dog parks in my area (there is one only a couple minutes away from where I live). Also, there’s a nature trail down the street that I would take my Pemboke to so they can be active. I would also take them on doggy play-dates with the other dogs in my family. I have a big Greek family that’s full of dog lovers and dogs.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
I would handle a mistake by first using the distraction method by banging my hand on a counter (or table) to get their attention, then I would take the proper actions accordingly.

Discipline:
I would use the distraction method, using a stern voice, and the isolation method of discipline. These methods have worked great on the other dogs that I’ve had in the past.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
My Pemboke would spend most of their time either at home, or with my cousin and his dog. Also at work we allow dogs all the time; in which case, I could bring them to work with me as well
