Who is this dog for?

Mainly myself and girlfriend of almost 5 years.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
Their inelegance and size are what drew me to them. One of my neighbors back in the day had a Cardigan Welsh Corgi that we took on walks. She had a huge personality and was somewhat independent but very loyal. I like those aspects. I have tried to do some research about the difference between the two and haven't really found anything other than their history.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
I run regularly so I would be taking the dog for runs. We used to dog sit a lot and have a few dog parks around town that we visit.
