Who is this dog for?

For me and my daughters. McKenzie is 16 and McKayla is 13

Why do you want a Pembroke?
My daughter McKenzie has been in love with corgis for years.
She has a very quirky personality and so does corgis, so I believe that's where the fascination came from. The more she talked about getting one, the more convinced I became. I started following corgi pages on facebook, and have fell in love with them also. We don't believe in buying animals when there are so many dogs out there that need adopted. We have 3 cats that we have adopted also.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
We love to go to parks and do outdoor stuff, so naturally our precious corgi would come with us. Between my daughters and I, our corgi would be able to go for walks everyday.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this:
Firmly tell them no, and try to correct them

Discipline:
I don't believe a dog should be disciplined. I believe you should correct their behavior and tell them no. If that doesn't work, then putting them in their crate is another option

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
With me or my kids. I would prefer not to use a crate unless its absolutely necessary.
