 I just lost my Corgi after 14 years and would like to have another one

 I have a big fence in yard, I also have a walking trail right behind my house. I really enjoy having the dog in the yard with me. There is also a dog park 10 minutes away from my home.

 It is a big yard the has to be mowed with a riding lawnmower. It is on a corner so there is only one house next door. There is a swing set and a play house, along with a shed to put my lawnmower in. There are many trees and places for a dog to run.
