Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I have always loved them. They seem great for a mixture of apartment living and an active lifestyle. I have a few friends/coworkers with them and I've been talking with them a lot about habits and such.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Dog walks, trips to the dog park, take him to the beach, hikes/trails potentially.

 Never physical hitting. If the dog wants to chew/claw the couch I would use that same affirmative tone and tell him no and remove his paws from the couch and put them back on the ground.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
 In my apt while at work. Normal work hours are from 6:30-3:00

 I plan to take him outside for a short walk in the morning before work and another longer walk after I return from work. We have access to multiple trails/bike paths near where I live that I will be using. We have access Every few days we could go to a few different dog parks.
