Why do you want a Pembroke?
 Growing up, my family had a Pembroke (we got her when I was 13) so I am familiar with the breed. I always wanted another one but I would prefer not to go the breeder route because I a) don't want a puppy, and b) there are tons of dogs in shelters and in foster homes that need rescue and/or another chance at a good home. Yes, I've done research on the breed and I am in a few corgi groups on Facebook.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Lots of long walks, playing with toys (if they're into them; some dogs aren't), taking the dog to the dog park or on play dates with friends' dogs.
