 During half of the week, I work a full day away from home and the rest of the week I work from home half day. I am an only parent, work full time and help my mom so life is busy but a dog would enrich our lives. A dog that is a happy medium medium between energetic and couch potato would be good.

Who is this dog for?

 We are a family of 2 people, myself and my 10 year old son Cody.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We have been researching dog breeds for about 6 months. I like Corgi's because they are small, playful, protective, affectionate but also athletic. I don't have any personal experience but a friend owned Corgis and thought they would be a good match for us.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Walks, hiking (year round), car rides, playing in the backyard with a 10 year old, cuddling up to watch movies, being an active member of the house. We also have a cat that likes dogs and would like the company.
