Who is this dog for?

 The corgi would be a family pet. It would be our first corgi. We have owned our German Sheppard's for almost 13 years and they have both passed away within a year. We have always wanted a corgi and thought about adopting a rescue corgi.

Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We love the size of the corgi and the colors. We have not done much research about the breed besides that we know they tend to have a lot of energy.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 We have 3 kids that like to stay active. So going for walks and rides are a constant. We have a fenced in back yard for our kids to play in. We live close to the Mississippi river and Saint Croix river where there are beaches and dog parks for us to be able to go to with them.

 What I have found with my German Sheppard's was raising of my voice and making a hissing sound. They understood that meant that something was wrong or they did something bad.

 roaming the house and yard. we don't keep our family members locked away

 would sleep in the master bedroom on her own large memory foam dog bed, but honestly probably in the bed with Aaron.

 can play outside as long as its not raining outside. She would be able to play outside with the kids all day. We would take her for walks when its nice out and the weekends she would go where we went.

 Both on leash and restrained to the yard
