 Generous front a back yard. I live on a small cul du sac with very friendly neighbors. No swimming pools. But I do have a pond in my back yard. It is a fair distance from my back yard tho.

Willing to train children?
 Oh yes. No children live with me but I do have a granddaughter who is near 3 who also has a loving dog who lives in their home. I also have a grandson who is a sophomore at Purdue and he loves dogs. My son and daughter are also dog lovers. We as a family always had dogs from puppies to 14, 15 and 14 1/2 years to the very end. We love dogs they complete our families.
