Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I have always loved corgis and finally am at a place in my life where I can raise one. I like the high energy dogs but in a smaller body. I like their companionship and activity levels. I go on walks/runs everyday and know corgis need the exercise.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 walks/runs, there is a large park near me, large backyard for fetching and other backyard activities

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		be stern but don't yell as I know dogs respond well. Positive reinforcement but ensuring they understand they did something wrong.

 time out, squirt bottles, bite spray, positive reinforcement, training classes

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
 free reign downstairs in the house, all rooms "off limits" would either have doors closed or a gate. If I am home gates can be opened up. House is 1750sq ft.

 I come home for lunch and my girlfriend who lives with me 50% of the time is entirely work from home even when quarantine is lifted.

 kitchen with food and water

Where would dog sleep:
 bedroom on a dog bed on the floor once were sure there are no indoor accidents. If its a puppy/not fully trained either a pen or cage near the patio door for quick outside access to go to the bathroom.

Play & exercise:
 large yard to play in, I go on plenty of walks/runs, there are two parks in the neighborhood I live in.
