Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We had a PWC who just died at age 2.5. We loved her so much and had just gotten used to her activity level and personality and she was well-trained from doggie classes. We miss her very much and just fell in love with how beautiful and spunky she was.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Dog park, dog beach, walks, everywhere we could take a dog we would!

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		Our corgi didn’t make many mistakes… if she chewed on something, we removed those things from the area and replaced with a chew toy; if she had a potty accident we took her outside and learned her potty schedule. So we worked on training away bad behavior.

Discipline:
 Mostly always positive reinforcement or remove the tempting object that the corgi shouldn’t get into.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
 Depends on the corgis activit’s needs. When we’ve been able to work from home and Duchess needed a lot of exercise, we did three one-hour play sessions at the dog park or doggy daycare if we had to go to work. As she mellowed it she would nap during the day and dog park 1-2 times during the day. Otherwise walks and activities on the weekends.
