Why do you want a Pembroke?
 We like the personality and traits of this breed. We enjoy their playfulness and loyalty. We have always groomed our own dogs and after having had shih tzus, find that grooming is much easier with our corgi. He loves to be brushed. We have always been a multi-dog family and we as well as the dogs enjoy the comradery.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 In addition to inside play, we have a large fenced yard that allows for active play and a dog park very nearby. Our dogs are a very big part of our lives and with us regardless of the activity, even if it is just snuggling while we watch TV. They enjoy walks and travel with us frequently. They socialize with our friends' dogs frequently. Both of our dogs have attended training classes.

 We work opposite schedules so there is very little time when no one is in the house. If we both are away, we use crates.

 First floor. Our dogs are meal fed and given their bowls such that they have their own space.

 In our room with us. We have a step up to the bed. We have no objections to our dogs sleeping with us in our king size bed.

 We have a 1/2 acre fenced in yard. He would have opportunity to play with the other dogs as well as with us. We also allow play in the house.
