Why do you want a Pembroke?
 One of my residences require a dog with a 25 lb limit. While I realize that some corgis weigh a little more than that, most of them are within that range
I don't have any experience with Corgis, but from what I have read, their general personality indicates a dog that is quick to learn, affectionate, and gets along with humans and other dogs.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Go for walks, play in the yard and house, etc.
