Why do you want a Pembroke?
 My brother had a corgi I used to watch and I've had a friend who adopted corgis. I love their character, their energy, and their spunk. I have researched the breed, obedience training methods, and Mariana has experience working at shelters and training dogs.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Neighborhood walks twice a day. Trail walks when the weather permits. Park trips(we have a lot of parks and trails in our area). Trips downtown to our downtown village to socialize the Corgi. In home play time and attention.

 Yes, my wife and I have shifted schedules. I work 10a-5p and she works 2p-10p so there is a small gap when no one is home

 In the kitchen/dining room area.

 It depends if the dog is crate trained or not. We would attempt to introduce crate training even in an adult but if not then in its own dog bed.

Play & exercise:
 I will walk the dog in the morning, when I get home (long walk), and at night. I also enjoy walking the local trails in and around our small town. On days off I will take the dog to one of the many parks and recreation areas around the town and area.
