Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I want to adopt a corgi because I have loved the breed for a really long time. I think they are adorable and they have the cutest little butts. I’ve been around the breed at my friends house and believe or not a couple brings them into work at Marshalls. I have done some research and I think that I would be a good fit to own a corgi.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 I would like a dog that likes to play and likes to relax at times. I am a student so there will be times when I need to work on homework so I would like it to lay with me while I work and then to play when I’m done.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		All dogs make mistakes just like humans, if it is a continuous mistake I will use reinforcement to reduce the behavior.

 Through trial and error I would work to see what works best based on the dogs personality. I would try a time out in the kennel, squirting with a spray bottle. If punishment does not work, I would use positive and negative reinforcement.

Where would Pembroke spend the majority of the time:
 In my apartment and my parents. My apartment has plenty of room for them and I to live comfortably. We also have a decent sized grass area for them and I to play on. My parents house also has plenty of space for them to run around and play. They also have dogs for them to play with.

 The town that I live in recently added a new dog park so I will be taking them there and we also have a good size area at my apartment to play with them. They will get to exercise when ever I have free time and they begin to feel antsy and need to exercise.
