Why do you want a Pembroke?
 As members of the herding group, I know that a corgi will be active and require regular exercise. This is something I'm looking forward to! I love being active and a puppy companion is something I have been contemplating for a long time. I have been waiting for the right time to adopt and feel that Spring/Summer 2022 is the ideal time. My sister has worked in veterinary medicine and is currently a veterinary student and has wonderful things to say about the breed. Her own puppy routinely plays with her classmate's corgi- Mango. I feel that the personality, affection, and silliness that a corgi can provide is something that would be irreplaceable. Growing up my family had, and still has, small dogs that we loved and cherished as members of our own family, and I would like to own a pup of my own.

 Outdoor walks, routine playtime with toys at home, trips to the dog park, trips to the lake over the summer, the occasional downtime watching a movie

 Right now my work schedule is such that I work from 8 am -5 pm most days. Starting in May/June I will be home in the mornings and working from ~12-5 pm every day except for Friday. If there are days where I will not be home, I plan on coming home during lunch time to walk the dog.

 At present I feed my cat Hill's Science Diet, I plan on feeding my future dog the same brand.
