Why do you want a Pembroke?
 I have loved the historical aspect of the breed and how they came to be. A coworker owns two Pembrokes and they are extremely smart as well as loving. I’ve researched for the past two to three years, and now that I have a more “normal” work schedule, I’d able to dedicate more of my free time to a new family member.

Activities planned with Pembroke:
 Go for walks, take them out on the boat, play ball, snuggle, and essentially treat them like a baby/child of the family.

Will handle mistakes Pembroke makes like this: 		By trying to reinforce the positive aspects instead of punishing the negative aspects.. To be loving and understanding that it is an animal that doesn’t full grasp the nature of things.

 Positive reinforcement. After nannying for seven years and realizing that children and animals are similar areas, both respond better to embracing the positive instead of corporal punishment.

 In the house/doggie daycare while I’m at work, and with me at the house/lake/etc when I’m off work.
